Aiden has an obsession will all kinds of cleaning tools. His favorite are by far the broom and the vacuum. He obviously gets this from his MeMe (my mother) because I am far from being obsessed with anything that cleans (other than those that I pay money to clean for me. I do love those girls). Here he is showing off his love of the broom.
And here he is showing how much he LOVES his mop. He only discovered the mop recently.
But above all, he LOVES LOVES LOVES the vacuum. At first he was scared of it, but still loved to see it from afar, but recently he allowed me to take it out of the closet so he could touch it and play with it.
About 10 minutes after this video, Aiden started getting frustrated because he couldn't move the vacuum very easily so I decided it was making him upset and that we should put it away. That brought on an all out melt down. He just kept saying "vacuum, vacuum" and could not be consoled. It was about time for bed anyway so we went to the closet and had a proper "night, night" for vacuum. He was still upset, but he calmed down soon after.
