Fibroid Be Gone!

I had surgery on Thursday to remove the fibroid I had. The doctor said it was the size of a large orange. I can only imagine how big it would have gotten during my next pregnancy had I not removed it. I basically got a c-section without the cute cuddly baby and without them having to cut into my uterus. C-sections are for the birds!! I can't pick Aiden up for approximately 4 weeks. Yes FOUR WEEKS! How will I not pick up my son for that long? Aiden has taken it fairly well for now. My mom is here helping which makes it a lot easier, but after Sunday we'll be on our own. Shawn is going to have a lot on his shoulders for a while. I'm so lucky to have such a wonderful husband that takes such great care of Aiden and I.
