My First Mother's Day

I had the best Mother's Day today. "Aiden" got me a charm bracelet with a little baby booties charm with his name and birth date on it. It is so pretty and I love it! Shawn and Aiden then took me out for breakfast at Breadwinner's...YUM!! Then we went to the mall and we shopped 'til we dropped. I was in desperate need of shirts. I got a few, but I wouldn't say the day was a smashing success. I had fun anyway. After that we all took a nap, which was really nice!! Then Shawn cooked dinner and cleaned the kitchen and folded the mountain of laundry we had. He said I couldn't help him since it was Mother's Day. What a great husband I have! I got all kinds of cards from family and Happy Mother's Day wishes from friends and family. Rosanna got me a beautiful little plant and a very sweet card. Overall it was a great day. I'm already looking forward to next year!!
