My First Night Out

Last night was Shawn's work Christmas party at the La Cima Club. We had been trying to decide whether I would go or not for about a month. We couldn't figure out who to ask to watch Aiden. We didn't want to ask any of our friends with kids because they already had a child to watch. My friend Jodie LOVES babies and I figured she would jump at the chance to watch him, but when I mentioned it she said she was too nervous to watch such a small baby. She said if we didn't find anyone else, she would watch him. So I had pretty much given up on finding someone. I saw Jodie again on Wednesday and she asked if we had found anyone yet. When I told her no, she said she would come watch him...YEA!! I really didn't worry about him, but I missed him terribly.
