I'm having a little pity party for myself. All my life I've had weird medical problems. In fact, my friend Rosanna always comes to me with her medical problems because chances are I've had it. She'll get free advice from me and not have to see a doctor. My sister thinks I'm a hypochondriac, but weird things actually happen to me for some reason.
I had my June doctor's appointment today and asked her about some pressure and cramps I've been having in my lower abdomen. She then informed me that the pain and pressure was caused by my favorite fibroid. I'm just dreading the next five months if I'm already experiencing pain from this thing. Pregnancy has been a real pain in the butt so far. I wonder about those women who say they loved every minute of pregnancy. Why couldn't I have that kind of a pregnancy?
The good news is I heard the baby's heartbeat again and the doctor says it sounds great. We scheduled our next ultrasound for July 8. We can't wait to see the baby again!
